It’s May WWW Wednesday time – what I’ve been reading. This is a weekly (but I tend to do it monthly) challenge, hosted by Sam at Taking on a World of Words.
If you’re curious about what other people are reading right now too, join in! All you have to do is answer the three bookish questions below and put your blog link on Sam’s weekly post in the comments.

/ WHAT ARE YOU READING NOW?
I’m really enjoying The Paper Palace by Miranda Cowley Heller at the moment. A former Reese Witherspoon book club pick, it has an evocative setting, family drama, an illicit love triangle and people doing things they just shouldn’t be. Quite the mix. Can’t wait to see how it ends.
/ WHAT HAVE YOU RECENTLY READ?
Again, Rachel by Marian Keyes is the sequel to Rachel’s Holiday and is fantastic! I listened to the audiobook, narrated by Marian Keyes herself and she made her characters totally come to life. I loved finding out what happened to Rachel Walsh and, of course, Luke Costello…
/ WHAT WILL YOU READ NEXT?
I’m getting through my TBR and Open Water by Caleb Azumah Nelson has been on there for too long. Looking forward to reading it. Here’s the blurb:
Two young people meet at a pub in South East London. Both are Black British, both won scholarships to private schools where they struggled to belong, both are now artists – he a photographer, she a dancer – trying to make their mark in a city that by turns celebrates and rejects them. Tentatively, tenderly, they fall in love. But two people who seem destined to be together can still be torn apart by fear and violence.
I’d love to know what you’re reading this week or plan on reading soon – let me know below!
Very interesting books. I added the first book in The Walsh Family series and I can’t wait to get to it this Summer.

Oh good! Yes, it’s so good – if you haven’t read Rachel’s Holiday I’d recommend giving that a read first as it’s such a perfect sequel!
