/ WHAT ARE YOU READING NOW?

I’m very excited to be reading Jessie Burton’s sequel to The Miniaturist, The House of Fortune. It’s historical fiction set 18 years after events in The Miniaturist and we meet Thea, as well as see what Nella is up to now. I’m about 1/3 of the way through and am loving it! It’s catapulted me right into 18th century Amsterdam.

/ WHAT HAVE YOU RECENTLY READ?

Double Booked by Lily Lindon is a fantastic, feel-good read about Georgina. A woman who realises she is bisexual – she’s attracted to a woman while in a long-term relationship with a man. The story is about Georgina exploring her sexuality and its told in such a funny, heart-warming way.

/ WHAT WILL YOU READ NEXT?

Last year I read Rizzio by Denise Mina and loved it, so I’m looking forward to trying her latest release, Confidence. Although, this is a sequel so hope I still get all the nuances in it. Will report back. Here’s the blurb:
